Registration and login

What advantages do I have when registering in the shop? 
By providing your customer details, you can order quickly and conveniently, as you no longer have to provide your address with every order. 

How can I register? 
The registration process is simple. You can go directly to the registration page by clicking My Account If you've already added items to your shopping cart and would like to order them, you'll automatically be taken to the registration process. To register, follow these steps:
1. Enter your email address and a password. This email address and password ensure that only you can access your personal account. 
2. Please enter your billing/delivery address and all other relevant information (marked with an asterisk) in the individual fields. 
3. Then click the button Save . Your delivery and billing addresses are now saved for future purchases. 
4. Finally, we need your confirmation that you agree to the shop's general terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and privacy policy – ​​simply click the box.
5. Immediately after your registration, we will confirm your registration by email. 

How do I log in if I am already a customer?
If you are already a customer, you will be asked to register as a customer during the ordering process. You can log in by entering your email address and password. You can also access the login page by clicking on the button My Account This is located at the top right of the shop page. 

How can I change my password, email address and address?
You can change your details in your customer account at My Account Manage. Under Customer data you can change your address and email address and change your password. 

What can I do if I forget my password?
Click under My Account on the link Forgot your password ? After entering your email address, you will receive an automated message from us with a link. Please click the link and set a new password. 

Pay as a guest 
In our shop, you can place orders as a guest and do not need to register explicitly. All your personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purpose of executing the contract.

How can I pay in the shop?
You can order in the shop via PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay , Shopify Pay , various credit cards , Pay by direct bank transfer and invoice/credit . Please note: Some payment methods may be temporarily unavailable.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on weight and will be displayed during the payment process.

Which countries do you deliver to?
Worldwide!

How long is the average delivery time?
Within two working days starting from the day following your shipping confirmation. 

Does the payment method affect the delivery time?
No.

Can I have the ordered items sent to a different delivery address?
Of course, just note it in the delivery address.

Questions about my order

Where is my order?
If you have selected a delivery option including tracking, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking link from our carrier.

How can I return my items?

How long does it take to process my return? 
The processing time is normally 7 working days after we receive the goods.

Is it possible to exchange items?
Sure! Please just take a moment contact Contact us. Exchanges are not possible with pre-order systems.

Can I make changes to my order?
You can change your order as often as you like before clicking the Buy now After that, changes to your order will unfortunately no longer be accepted.

How do I get my money back in case of cancellation?
The refund varies depending on the payment method and will be made within 7 working days after the return has been processed. 
By credit card/instant bank transfer: The credit will be refunded within 6 working days. 
With PayPal: The refund will be automatically credited to your PayPal account within 24 hours after successful processing. 
With AmazonPay: After successful processing, the refund will be automatically credited to your Amazon account within 24 hours.
